Mushrooms!

Hello, and good morning everyone reading this, my garden, unfortunately has been infested with mushrooms! The worst part about that is that the stuff I’ve been growing is food that you eat! This morning I went outside because there was a snapping turtle in my backyard, and I had never seen one up close before, so I went to take a look. Unfortunately my blog will not let me upload photos right now, but I will check on it later, and if that gets fixed I will add a picture of the snapping turtle my little brother named “Charlie”. But, back to the mushrooms. These mushrooms are tall, and big. They have dark gray caps, and look as if they’re trying to grow through my plants! Once again, when I fix the picture problem, I will also have pictures of the mushrooms.

Why Hamsters are great pets for beginners

Hamsters are awesome pets for kids who are just starting out with animals. Here are some cool reasons why:

1. Small Size: Hamsters are tiny, so they don’t need a lot of space. This means you can have a hamster even if you live in a small apartment.

2. Easy to Care For: You don’t have to take hamsters for walks like dogs. They can be left alone for a while, which is great if you have a busy schedule. Their food is simple too—just hamster pellets, fruits, and veggies. Make sure to give them fresh water every day!

3. Fun Habitat: Hamsters need a big cage with holes to breathe. You can use soft bedding like aspen shavings or paper-based stuff. It’s important to have hiding spots like tunnels or igloos because hamsters like to feel safe, especially at night. Clean their cage once a week to keep it nice and tidy.

4. Not Too Expensive: Getting a hamster and all their supplies doesn’t cost a lot of money. This means you can have a pet without spending too much.(Normally they range from about twenty to thirty five dollars,)

5. Entertaining: Hamsters are super curious and love to explore. Watching them run around and play can be really fun and make you laugh.

6. Different Breeds and Colors: There are lots of different types of hamsters, and they come in many colors. You can pick one that you think is the cutest!

Overall, hamsters are great pets because they are small, easy to care for, fun to watch, and not too expensive. They are perfect for kids who want their first animal friend!
